Dancing Horse Farm provides exceptional horse care to every horse from very expensive show horses to retirees — everyone is welcome. Personalized care and attention to detail enables our boarders to relax and enjoy the time spent with their horses. DHF’s Barn Manager lives in an apartment above Barn #2 and has over 6 years experience running high-end horse farms and with her experience as a veterinary technician she is well equipped to handle the little mishaps that can happen when horses play. Top quality Purina and Buckeye Feeds, leafy grass hay, lush Ohio pastures, and DHF’s innovative Equine Health Care Program in partnership with the Lebanon Equine Clinic make for happy, healthy horses.

Please note: THE DISCOUNTED BOARD RATE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK, NOT THOSE PAYING ONLINE. Additionally, in order to cover the extra processing required by online payments, there is an additional $20 service charge included in the board payment amount. Keep in mind, DHF’s standard late fees apply to online payments and must be paid for by cash or check and all online board payments must be received by the seventh day of each month to avoid incurring late charges. A-la-carte services, such as bran mashes, private turnout, hoof picking, etc., must be paid for by cash or check; online payment is not available for these services. |

Amenities:
- Two airy, double 16’ wide aisle stall barns.
- Over 50 12x12 to 12x14 matted stalls.
- Four hot/cold water wash stalls.

- Four heated tack rooms with individual tack lockers for each stall.
- Two grain rooms.
- Powder room in each stall barn.
- Horse laundry facilities in each stall barn.
- Ample four-board fenced pastures on over 40 acres.
- Half-mile training track.
- Regulation sized indoor arena with a climate controlled lounge and powder room.
- A newly renovated and expanded 90' x 225' (competition-sized) outdoor arena.
DHF offers two levels of monthly board: Full Care and Premium Care. Full Care board is billed at a flat rate and additional services are available a la carte (price list available upon request). Premium care board offers the highest level of excellence in care and includes many additional services for you and your horse.
- Full Care Board: $625 monthly
- Basic level services include rental of a safe stall cleaned once daily, access to clean water both in the stall and in the field, morning and evening feedings and lunch hay when stalled during lunchtime, small group turnout, application of protective boots for turnout (if desired), blanketing, paste dewormer at eight-week intervals, free horse trailer parking, use of DHF’s washer and dryer, and use of DHF’s facilities.
- Premium Care Board: $750 monthly
- Premium level services include everything covered by Full Care Board plus optional private turnout, hoof picking after turnout, free time in indoor during stall-bound times caused by inclement weather, weekly bran mashes, waived horse holding fees for standard services such as farrier and vet appointments with prior notice, and priority for DHF special event and lesson scheduling.
- Board Daily Rate: $25 per day
- This rate is for horses who come in for short-term / temporary boarding.
- Board Payment Discounts and Late Fees.
- $25 timely payment discount when payment is received by close of business (COB) in the appropriate payment box in the barn the first day of each month.
- Automatic direct deposit into DHF’s bank account is available.
- $35 late fee for board payments received after COB the seventh calendar day of each month.
- $35 weekly late fee for every week payment is late.
- A NON-INTEREST-BEARING SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ONE MONTH'S BOARD IS DUE UPON COMMENCEMENT OF A BOARDING CONTRACT.
