We are selling a historic barn located on our horse farm. This barn is in good shape and we've been told is full of valuable oak beams and boards. The historic section was built next to a newer section that was built in the 70's. We want to keep the newer section standing. The barns are butted up next to each other, but constructed separately. It has already been cleaned out, so all that's left is to take it down. The historic section's dimensions are 26' wide by 50' long. The property tax records indicate the historic section was built in 1901. It is full of beautiful old hand-hewn beams and peg construction.

The barn is located halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio and has easy access on all four sides for heavy equipment. It is located at the front of our driveway, about 50' from the road.

The buyer must hire a crew to dismantle and remove the barn in its entirety, break up the concrete slab and dispose of it in a dry pond on the property that is being filled in. The removing party must provide $1 million liability insurance, worker's compensation for the work crew, and sign a waiver prior to entering the property.

Interested parties are welcome to stop by to look at it. Directions to our farm are available on the "Directions" page of this Web site.
